Job description

Lead SuccessFactors /HCM consultant

Experience 3+ years

• Help preparing team of 10-15 SAP SF and SAP HCM consultants.
• Must have knowledge of SAP SF EC, & Indian Payroll implementation experience
• Must have knowledge of OM, PA, TM & Indian Payroll implementation
• Experience of other Success factors modules like PM_GM will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of HR ABAP will be an added advantage.
• Consultant should be well-versed with integration of SAP SF with SAP S/4 HANA/ECC ERP.
• Shall be able to implement Indian Payroll independently
• Must have successfully implemented 3+ end to end implementation projects in manufacturing domain.
• The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of respective module to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Must have working experience on Indian Companies.
