Job Description

Summary of Functions:

The person will be incharge of handing e-commerce, modern retail and speciality stores.

The Candidate shall be required to pitch to the key sales partners, developing relationships with our trade partners, focusing on ways to place our portfolio, drive sales and helping deliver Superhero Toy Store's goal of bringing the best products from the world to customers in India.

Building Customer Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with retail customers. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

Wholesale Division Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support the growth of the wholesale division. Assist in identifying and pursuing potential wholesale clients. Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and quotations. Monitor and track wholesale sales activities and maintain accurate records.

The Selected Candidate will work on the following during the role:

- Identifying key prospective points of sales

- Pitch our products to partners and negotiate commercials for the same

- Experience with lead generation and prospect management

- Drive sales from current list of customers

- Develop a rapport with clients to know of upcoming opportunities

- Interacting with the stakeholders in the industry to know trends and key market information

- Identify ways to cross sell and upsell customers to increase revenue and brand penetration

- Manage Key accounts for the company and mine them for greater share of spends

- The role is very target-oriented as well as relationship-oriented

Requirements:

- Any person either a BMS/ BCom degree must be self-motivated, driven and with good academic records and some familiarity with sales.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers

- Work-ex of atleast one year in sales

- Skill(s) required: MS-Office, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written)

- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives

- Some cold calling experience; sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
