Urgent opening for Sales Head for one of our Garments & Clothing Client (Start-Up) in Bangalore.
Company is looking for a Head of Sales who will be responsible for sales underpinning the brands and products launched by the Organization. It is envisaged that the Sales Head will work closely with the Founders of the Organization in all areas related to Sales channels (e.g., Offline- EBOs, Kiosks, Large Format Stores ). While the Organization is ventured into apparel and will begin to venture into allied categories like footwear, personal care. The vision is to go where the brand and unique design philosophy takes the Organization.
Position Details:
Client: Garments & Clothing Client (Start-Up)
Position: Sales Head
Location: Bangalore (HAL, Old Airport Road)
Experience: Around 10-20 Years of Sales experience in Garments & Clothing Industry with a proper exposure in handling EBOs, Online- Brand.com (Own Website/D2C), Marketplace (ECommerce), LFS (Large Stores), Kiosk.
Role & responsibilities:
1. Accountable for Sales activities all over India.
2. Driving sales growth to achieve business goals & managing the salesperson at Kiosks & EBOs.
3. Implementation of Sales promotion activities as a brand building and market building effort.
4. Formulating market entry strategy with pricing & related support material.
5. Analysing the competition activities and suggesting the management of the sales strategies.
6. Evaluating performance & sales channels - EBOs, Online- Brand.com , Marketplace, LFS.
7. Leading, training & monitoring performance of salesperson at Kiosks, EBOs, Distribution (Phase 3).
8. Appointing Promotors and Sales Team based on the channel Requirement.
9. Identify & negotiating commercials for right Malls and Space for Setting up EBOs.
10. Develop pricing strategies, manage sales forecasting and budgeting, identify cost-saving measures.
11. Track sales-team metrics and share them with company leadership.
12. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Preferred candidate profile:
1. Should have proven experience of working with a team, preferably in a leadership position
2. Proven track record of successfully developing and launching commercially successful apparel lines
3. Strong understanding of Sales as well as the business side
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
5. Strong understanding about the premium segments
6. Must exhibit a high level of enthusiasm, with a hands-on style and a strong work ethic with the capability to adapt to a startup working environment.
