CFO India GDC & Legacy Syntel entities

Role encompasses managing team who are from Revenue and Receivables, Vendor payments, Cash/ Treasury Management, Fixed Assets Management, Tax etc

• The Scope covers India Entities and also the Onsite Entities (US, UK, Canada, Philippines) of Legacy Syntel
• Financial Accounting & Reporting, Audits (Statutory, Internal)
• Providing employee support for offshore employees managing Payroll, Expenses & Foreign deputations
• Margin analysis & Improvement, Planning, Budgeting, Financials Forecasts for weekly/ monthly reviews Review and approval of budget requests for any spend (Capex & Revex)
• Reviews with Global CEOs, CFOs and Business Leaders
• Statutory compliances including Incomes Tax (Direct/ Indirect), STPI/ SEZ, RBI, as well as various Accounting Standards, Companies Act, FEMA and so on
• Monitor & enhance all financial procedures & internal controls, automation & integration of financial systems
• Working on Special Projects - Mergers, Acquisitions, Restructure, Integration, Dividend Payouts
• Managing the CSR function for the India entities
• Leading the Corporate Insurance function which ensures Insurance Policies for Employees Benefits, Liabilities, Assets

Qualification:

• Candidate must be a Chartered Accountant.
