SEO Executive - Paid Internship

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Executive Intern to join our

marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of search engine

optimization strategies and experience with various analytics tools. This role involves

optimizing our website and content for search engines, conducting keyword research, and

analysing performance metrics to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for improving
• search rankings.
• Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product
• descriptions, to enhance SEO performance.
• Monitor and analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics,

Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic

Traffic.

• Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs, articles, and web pages to drive engagement and enhance the brands online presence.
• Craft persuasive and engaging copy for marketing materials, advertisements, landing pages, emails, and WhatsApp messages to drive conversions and support sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into

content development.

• Generate regular reports on SEO performance metrics and provide actionable

insights for improvement.

• Assist in the development of link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
• Work closely with the web development team to ensure proper site structure and

technical SEO elements are in place.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
