Project Manager- interior fit out -Urgent !

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager( WITH GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF MAKING BOQ QUOTATION) to oversee high-quality residential and commercial ,banking projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in project management with expertise in civil works, interiors, and technical know-how of architectural processes.

Role & responsibility

Plans and directs the operational activities of the Interior Design Office and supervises Interior Designers and other support staff. Develops and maintains an overarching aesthetic vision for the interior environment of the facilities, providing design vision and leadership.

BOQ IS THE PREFERENCE FOR THIS PROFILE

• Plan and manage all phases of project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Supervise on-site civil works, interior fit-outs, and finishing details.
• Interpret architectural blueprints and technical specifications to guide project implementation.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, providing updates and addressing concerns effectively.
• Coordinate with in-house teams and contractors, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. A Masters degree or MBA is a plus. if done
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, construction techniques, and interior design processes.
• Excellent client-handling, communication, and leadership skills.
