Sr. Manager -Repair & Maintenance - Interior Fit out Only

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable Sr. Repair & Maintenance Manager to oversee all repair and upkeep operations of the client's facilities. You will be the one to ensure that your team have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget.

You must have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts and will be well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations. will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc.

Maintenance Managers must be able to handle any situation that comes their way and provide excellent customer service at all times. These responsibilities are why they need to have strong leadership skills. Maintenance Managers also need lots of good interpersonal communication abilities in order to keep the peace within a facility.

The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company's business operations.

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation and making quotation of assigned task.
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff .
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for the each approved assignment.
• to ensure timely / quality completion of the awarded work
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers and their final settlement
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with

• Maintenance strategy: Developing and implementing a proactive maintenance strategy to improve productivity and reduce costs .
• Maintenance procedures: Designing and implementing maintenance procedures.
• Budgeting: Tracking budgets and expenses, and ensuring maintenance plans are in line with legal and safety regulations.
• Inspections: Performing regular inspections to identify and resolve problems.
• Reporting: Submitting reports to stakeholders on budgets, progress, and time schedules
• Equipment management: Supervising the condition of equipment and identifying potential approved work needs .
• Subcontractors: Hiring and managing subcontractors and other vendors
• Policies and procedures: Developing company policies and standard operating procedures
• Safety: Ensuring that workers adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Improved customer satisfaction Daily take feedback for your service to make their customers satisfied. Preventive maintenance can be boost customer satisfaction.
