Chartered Accountant - Financial Reporting/Internal Control - Real Estate (7-10 yrs)

- Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

- Consolidate financial statements of subsidiaries and joint ventures, adhering to group accounting policies and procedures.

- Liaise with auditors to address their queries and ensure a smooth audit process.

- Internal Controls & Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain a robust system of internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

- Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure adherence to corporate governance best practices and compliance with relevant regulations.

- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial reporting and internal control processes.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized institute.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of demonstrably successful experience in financial reporting and internal controls, preferably within the real estate industry.
