Production Lead - Tobacco & Cigarette Manufacturing Plant (15-20 yrs)

- This opportunity is with one the leading Cigarette Production and distribution company in Nepal.

- We are looking for a experienced candidate form Cigarette or Tobacco industry who handled a plant or unit.

- Also Preferred Recently Retired Factory Managers / Production Head / Leaders from Top Cigarette Manufacturing or tobacco Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Factory Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the cigarette factory, ensuring efficient production processes and meeting output targets.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors, operators, and staff, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team.

- Quality Control: Ensure strict adherence to quality standards for both product and manufacturing processes.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

- Cost Management: Monitor and control production costs, identify opportunities for cost optimization, and implement cost-saving measures.

- Reporting & Coordination: Provide regular reports to senior management on factory performance, production metrics, and operational challenges.

- Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements, lean manufacturing practices, and best-in-class methodologies to improve factory efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Factory Manager, Production Head, or similar role in the tobacco or cigarette manufacturing industry.

- Strong background in factory operations, team management, and production efficiency.

- Ability to adapt to a new cultural and professional environment (relocation to Nepal).
