Role & responsibilities

• Managing the sales team: Overseeing the sales team's activities, including delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
• Setting sales goals: Setting sales targets and quotas, and ensuring that the team meets them
• Developing sales plans: Creating sales models and strategies to improve the sales funnel and expand the customer base
• Training and mentoring: Training new sales team members, and providing in-service training on policies and operations
• Motivating the team: Inspiring team members to meet their targets, and rewarding those who perform well
• Building relationships: Establishing relationships with employees and maintaining positive ties with customers and employees both.
• Handling customer issues: Addressing customer service issues and grievances
• Preparing reports: Creating and delivering sales reports to keep, senior managers updated
• Fostering a culture of learning: Encouraging team members to take ownership of their development, and providing resources for growth
