Fields executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to lead and manage a team in the field. This role requires effective training, excellent time management skills, and a willingness to travel throughout Bangalore. The ideal candidate will drive sales initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure targets are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise and guide a team of sales representatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales strategies.
• Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to equip the team with necessary sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Sales Execution: Actively participate in sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, to achieve monthly targets.
• Time Management: Efficiently plan and organize daily schedules for yourself and the team to maximize productivity and achieve goals.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively throughout Bangalore to meet with clients and team members.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance metrics, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance and market trends to share with management.
