Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. ICP Definition & Research:

  • Work closely with the leadership team to define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Use market research and data-driven approaches to segment and prioritize high-potential accounts.
  • Leverage Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator to extract and build high-quality target account lists.
  • Establish a systematic ICP validation process to ensure data accuracy and target optimization.

2. Multi-Channel Engagement Strategy:

  • Develop a cohesive outreach strategy using personalized email marketing, LinkedIn interactions, and paid ads.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and content across multiple touchpoints to improve engagement.
  • Implement account-based retargeting strategies via LinkedIn and Google Ads to nurture prospects.

3. Email Marketing & Campaign Execution:

  • Develop personalized email outreach campaigns to engage key decision-makers.
  • Work independently or collaborate with a content writer to craft compelling email sequences.
  • Ensure at least a 30% email read rate, optimizing subject lines, content, and timing.
  • Monitor email performance and continuously optimize based on engagement metrics.
  • Implement email automation workflows for seamless follow-ups and nurturing sequences.

4. LinkedIn & Digital Advertising:

  • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns, engaging with target audiences through personalized messages and content sharing.
  • Run LinkedIn retargeting campaigns to keep engagement high among prospects.
  • Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting high-value accounts.
  • Track performance and optimize ad spend for maximum conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ads and outreach effectiveness.

5. Webinar Planning & Event-Based Marketing:

  • Organize webinars and virtual events for targeted accounts, ensuring high attendance and engagement.
  • Develop strategies to invite and convert ICP prospects into webinar attendees.
  • Use webinars as a tool to generate 10-15 high-quality MQLs per month.
  • Implement pre-event and post-event engagement strategies to maximize lead conversion.

6. Performance Tracking, Reporting & Optimization:

  • Regularly track and report key ABM metrics (engagement, open rates, read rates, conversions, etc.).
  • Use HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sale Pro, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and CRM data to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and feedback loops.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine messaging, target selection, and outreach strategies.

7. Sales Alignment & Lead Handoff Process:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Define clear lead scoring criteria to prioritize high-intent prospects.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms with sales to refine outreach and improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure personalized follow-ups and nurture strategies are executed effectively.
