Roles & Responsibilities:.

- Provide subject matter expertise on web technology management systems, processes, and tools.

- Offer detailed knowledge of distribution technologies, processes, and policies across relevant platforms.

- Identify and communicate any risks, issues, dependencies, or changes that could impact project outcomes or deliverables.

- Engage with the broader business community, key stakeholders, and Project Delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

- Ensure deployment and management processes are simple, efficient, compliant, and user-friendly.

- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, ensuring projects are completed successfully within time, cost, and quality constraints.

- Prioritize and plan projects, accounting for uncertainty, resource availability, and inter-project dependencies.

- Develop and maintain successful working relationships with a diverse range of individuals and organizations, including senior/executive-level contacts.

- Exhibit proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve agreement or behavioral changes.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and consider challenges in the broader context.

Technical Skills & Experience:.

- Experience working with developers and product managers as part of solution design for web-based systems.

- Strong technical and platform knowledge.

- 8+ years of proven experience in developing and delivering global/regional IT solutions.

- More than 4 years of leadership experience managing IT delivery teams.

- Expertise in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with service-oriented technologies.

- Proven track record of results-oriented delivery with a focus on successful outcomes.

- Strong understanding and experience in the software development lifecycle.
