We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to craft visually engaging and innovative designs for clients and branding initiatives. This role involves bringing creative ideas to life and effectively communicating messages through design.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client design requests and deliver quality graphical content. Review creative briefs, seek clarifications if needed, and suggest improvements. Execute design tasks efficiently, ensuring projects meet scope and deadlines.
Develop branding visuals and collaborate with account managers to align designs with project goals.
Work autonomously and be proactive in adapting to design trends and standards.
Use design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop proficiently. Create rough drafts, present ideas, and finalize designs based on feedback. Maintain attention to detail and ensure design accuracy.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools. Proficiency in sketching, illustration, logo, banner, GIF, and UI design. Knowledge of UI/UX principles. Familiarity with Figma, HTML ads, and current design trends.
Marketing Skills:
Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior. Integrate brand elements seamlessly into design work. Experience with SEO, social media creatives, and value-based communication. Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Design or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to work collaboratively.
Additional Requirements:
Understanding of Facebook and Google Ads banner specifications. Marketing mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
