GenAI/Machine Learning - Immediate Joiner

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer with expertise in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and Python-based data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy). The ideal candidate will work on designing, training, and optimizing AI/ML models for Generative AI applications, leveraging cutting-edge deep learning techniques to drive innovation in AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Generative AI models using Deep Learning techniques.
• Work with Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) to build AI-driven solutions.
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets using Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn.
• Develop and fine-tune LLMs (Large Language Models), GANs, VAEs, and Diffusion Models.
• Optimize model performance, including fine-tuning, hyperparameter tuning, and transfer learning.
• Deploy models into production using MLOps best practices and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Implement A/B testing and performance evaluation of AI models.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI, NLP, and Deep Learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on Deep Learning and Generative AI.
✅ Strong proficiency in Python, with expertise in Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn.
✅ Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
✅ Experience in developing and fine-tuning LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5) and GANs/VAEs.
✅ Strong understanding of Neural Networks, Transformers, RNNs, and CNNs.
✅ Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform).
✅ Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
✅ Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and scaling AI models in production.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

⭐ Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or OpenAI APIs.
⭐ Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning (RLHF) for AI fine-tuning.
⭐ Exposure to Edge AI, Model Compression, or Quantization techniques.
⭐ Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for AI workflows.
