Role & responsibilities

• File process of new  loan application of dst, cdgs and business associate sourcing.
• follow up of branches & sales team to solve the queries.
•  tele verification with customers.
• analyzing cibil and dedupe and take final decision.
•  taking care for fraud control, to co-ordinate with inter departments (as per requirement).
•  one pager (credit appraisal sheet) making, checking of credit appraisal memo (cam), audit cam based disbursed files.
•  monitoring credit quality of branch credit officer's and provide guidance and training accordingly, monitoring cam disbursed files receiving at h.o.
•  tat maintaining, making credit mis, portfolio analysis & cheque bounce report, and according to the reports action to be taken to improve branch credit and h.o.
•  Credit team and sales team credit analysis quality, data verification (if required), dealer and sub dealer scheme commission process.
• hpa information updation and tracking, disbursement and pending pdd intimation email to dealers / sub dealers (daily basis).
