Finance Controller

What will you do every day?. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Work with the accounting team to validate and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Manage billing, month-end accounting closure, cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.

Lead, mentor, and develop the controllership team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all contractual, and regulatory requirements. Implement best practices, policies, and procedures to drive operational efficiencies and improve financial processes. Education/ Skills.

CA (mandatory). Preferably with experience of working with Top 10 CA firms. Minimum of 8 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a controllership role. Strong understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, direct and indirect taxation, and accounting standards/principles.

Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Experience with enterprise financial systems such as Tally. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
