Job Description
- Sound understanding of passenger vehicle construction and quality requirements.
- Knowledge of welding processes and general understanding of machining process.
- Knowledge of welding jigs and fixture for spot welding operation.
- Knowledge of inspection processes of sheet metal parts and BIW (like CMM/Laser scanning).
- Knowledge of part drawings, Tolerance stack up, basic GD&T and SES quality standards.
- Basic UG/CAD skill.
- Basic 3D printing skill
- Good communication skill, interaction with internal customer and suppliers.
- Project management, execution and monitoring skill.
- Quality management system (ISO) knowledge
