• Design & Development of interior plastic parts along with Ambient Light
• Vehicle level integration of parts
• Vehicle level evaluation of Interior light and ambient light system

• Design & Development of Interior light and Ambient Light parts for future models per program schedule.
• Lay outing and Section preparation for Interior and Ambient light system and co-ordination with design team
• Spec understanding, testing and evaluation of Interior and Ambient light system parts.
• Vehicle level evaluation as per program schedule.
• Regulation Checks.
• Cost & Weight monitoring at Part & Sub-System level.
• Countermeasure planning, as necessary, based on Design/ Quality Reviews, Line Feedback & Testing.
• Coordination with business partners for development of parts.
• Analysis of Quality Issues from Production and Market

• Experience in Design and Development of Automotive

• Experience in Plastic parts design along with Ambient light system.
• Able to Analyze/initiate countermeasure for quality issues.
• Hands on experience in 3D modeling/ 2D drawing.
• Understanding of Manufacturing processes and Costing Functions.
• Hands on experience in testing at part & vehicle level
