Job Description
- Assist in implementation of holistic wellness framework aligned with Maruti Suzukis fitness goals for employees which includes proactive measures of being healthy.
- Assist in onboarding of Wellness agencies through MSTA, PPDET in coordination with Health Dept.
- Assist in Organizing wellness events, activities and campaigns to foster a culture of health and wellbeing. Assist in onboarding of Wellness agencies through MSTA in coordination with Health Dept.
- Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer to identify indicators/parameters to measure employee wellbeing and create a comprehensive plan to ensure implementation across the organization.
- Assist in developing effective communication strategies to execute wellness programmes including mental, social & financial prudence & wellness thru MSTA e.g. e-modules, online/physical lectures, workshops etc.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programmes through data collection and analytics
- Preparation of MIS, presentations, data analytics for managements use & information.
- Proficiency in Data Analytics and Reporting
- Knowledge of project management and scheduling.
- Excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with all stakeholders at all levels of the organization
