Job Description
- Strategize, plan and implement projects of impact for Skilling under CSR
- Plan & implement programs for revenue generation of the institutes.
- Plan and coordinate engagements & training with internal stakeholders, including Production, Supply Chain, HR, MSTA ,Vendors and Dealers
- Liaison with Govt agencies working in the skill domain like DGT, NIMI, State skill corporation, Skill Missions etc
- Plan and implement new courses & training aligned with the emerging technologies
- Responsible for implementation of central activities / policies.
- Proven track record of working in Production, Maintenance, Skilling/Training, Vendor Development
- Strong presentation, communication and Administrative skills
- Good Knowledge of engineering operations and skilling related to manufacturing sector.
- Ability to handle adverse situations, prioritize and handle multiple tasks at a time.
- Self-motivated, having attention to details and a results driven approach
