Engineer/Assistant Manager

• Development and Evaluation of Electrical and Electronic Parts through Zero defect approach

Job Responsibility :-

• Handling mass production quality issues (CAPA, 8D , 5-Why analysis)
• Implement Quality improvement activities at vendors
• Vendor process change evaluation and approval

Competency Requirement :-

• Knowledge of Performance/ Critical to Quality parameters of Elec/ Electronic parts
• In depth knowledge of layouting, routing, manufacturing, and best practices in Wiring harnesses
• Good understanding of SMT Process and Electronics circuits & drawings.
• Knowledge of Electronics parts testing & applicable standards ( IS / JIS / JASO etc)
• In-depth analytical skills for root cause identification of Quality issues in Auto Electrical & Electronics parts.
• Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including knowledge of SPC, Analytical Tools, 5 Why, 8D, FTA, FMEA etc...
• Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies & various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc).

Specific Expertise For Functional Area :-

• Computer proficiency is essential for proper Documentation, presentation and its data retrieval.
• Knowledge about materials used in electrical parts
• Knowledge about Automotive regulations applicable to Electrical & Electronic parts
• Process Knowledge to evaluate SMT process controls at vendors

Background Educational Essential Requirement :-

• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
