Responsibilities :
Assist in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining the Company s Ethics and Integrity Compliance Program.
Execute compliance initiatives and projects across the Company.
Review, update, and communicate Company s Code of Conduct, policies & procedures.
Conduct regular compliance assessments within the Company and contribute to the identification and mitigation of potential compliance risks.
Develop training modules, organize, and deliver training on Company policies & procedures and regulatory compliances to the employees to enhance their understanding of applicable compliance requirements.
Collaborate with the senior management team and business verticals such as Finance, HR, Internal Audit, Marketing & Sales, Service, Production, Supply Chain, etc. to address compliance issues, audit requirements.
Provide guidance on compliance requirements, Company policies and procedures and help foster a culture of compliance within the Company.
Work closely with the senior management of the Company to provide regular reports on the effectiveness of the Ethics and Integrity Compliance Program and any identified compliance issues and risk areas.
