JE/ER - Product Design and Modeling

Formal 3D CAD Modelling, 2D & 3D Drawings, Designer CAE/CFD.

Responsibility:

• To learn and deliver Product data & drawing making of BIW parts, Bumpers, Instrument panel (Modelling), Wiper and Fuel Tank.
• To work along with in-house Product Modelling & Design teams to create formal 3D CAD data / 2D & 3D drawing.
• Coordinating with Engg. Team for design/drawing modifications & data quality improvement related points.
• Designer CAE/CFD analysis for predicting design effectiveness & optimization.
• Applying basic Engineering principles, Suzuki Engg Std (SES) to ensure accuracy of 3D data / drawing.

Competency Requirements:

Technical/Functional:

BASIC KNOWLEDGE

• Hands on knowledge of computer.
• Basic Engg and Manufacturing process knowledge.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

• Drawing reading skills.
• Good communication & Documentation skills, MS Office skills
• Exposure/ experience in CAD & Drawing skill set

Behavioral:

• Self-managed, and ability to learn and adapt.
• Target oriented.

Eligibility:

• Education: Diploma in Engineering
• Experience: 2-5 yrs
