- Development of Service literature for new models and new technology.
- Coordination with ENGG and SMC.
- Development of Special Service Tools
- Need to work on Engineering systems like I-BOM, DRS etc to understand model design for development of repair procedures.
- On job activity on vehicles to align understanding from design drawing and actual vehicle
- Need to handle confidential information related to vehicle design, specification for future models
- Understanding of domestic and export market legal requirements in terms of defining content in manuals to take care of compliance.
- Coordination with SMC and Engineering team for development activities of manual data.
