AGM - Corporate Strategy

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for formulating & executing the strategic roadmap to fulfil organizations business objectives. Work with senior business leaders to develop and execute the key strategic transformation initiatives.

The position will require thorough planning & execution skills with cross functional team through effective management of projects which will fulfil the strategic objectives of the organization. The position will also require proactive benchmarking, planning, research, feasibility study & market analysis to support strategic developments while ensuring alignment with MIPPLs strategic objectives. This position will also lead the annual business planning & 5-year mid-term strategic plans.

• Review, analyze and ensure the visibility of organizations goals.
• Strategy Review - Analysis, Consolidation, Communication and deep diving for material insights.
• Analyzing technological, legal, sociological, political and economic trends with regards to Iron & Steel space & use learnings.
• Benchmarking & competitive analysis w.r.t. competitors /global organizations.
• Prepare, drive & monitor the implementation of new projects/strategic initiatives by defining the project charter & coordinating with Cross Functional Teams (CFT).
• Conduct market & competitive analysis
• Review post implementation performance to capture learnings & propose improvements.
• Monitor the end-to-end activities related to different projects.
