Role & responsibilities

Financial Reporting

• Overseeing financial reports and statements by accounting standards, reviewing their accuracy, and supervising the preparation of specialized reports for the Director and Board Committee.
• Develop financial and accounting policies and procedures for the company and oversee their implementation to ensure uniform financial compliance across the organization. Supervise the fixed asset register, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and prepare general ledger accounts to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures and Meet with Taxation authority and settle the taxation cases in company's favour.

Budgeting Planning & Control

• Direct the company's annual budget planning process, consolidate departments, and present the final annual budget plan to the CEO & Board Committee for review and approval.
• Oversee and control the company's annual budget execution and utilization.
• Control and evaluate the organizations fundraising plans and capital structure

Treasury

Lead the company's treasury, manage FOREX policies and processes, investment portfolio, risk identification, and finance activities to facilitate business growth.

Initial Public Offer

• Playing a significant role in the company to achieve a crucial milestone in its development, marking a major phase of growth and expansion by taking the company public through an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
• Ensuring effective navigation through strategic planning, financial compliance, investor relations, and post-IPO management.

Internal & External Audit

Oversee internal and external audits and present final reports to the Director and Board Committee.

Information Technology management

Lead the IT department in acquiring necessary business support systems across the organization including finance, implementing the management information system, and ensuring best practices in technology.

Relationship Management

Establish and maintain effective relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and financial institutions to ensure the best services for the company while meeting all obligations.

Accounts Heads – Balance Sheet preparation Monitor accuracy of accounting transaction and management information system, credit control, Statutory payment

GM-Finance - Managing IPO and Maintaining cashflow by reviewing banking activity

Information Technology Head – Availability of Hardware / Development of user report in consultation

Management Information System Head – Marinating management information and delivering the daily, monthly, and quarterly on time with accuracy.

Planning and Budgeting Head – Marinating management information and delivering the daily, monthly, and quarterly reports on time with accuracy

Internal audit head – SOP review, Internal audits reports, and finding the areas of improvement in system sort issues found during audits
