Head - Investor Relation - IPO Management (18-25 yrs)

Role : Head Investor Relation( IPO Management)

Location : Delhi

Job Description :

- Extensive experience in Capital Markets - Equity Fund Raising through IPO Management

- In-depth knowledge of SEBI Regulations and other regulations relevant for equity and debt market transactions.

- Coordinating with SEBI, stock exchanges and other agencies, if any, to ensure timely completion of the entire process

- Fundraising Execution: Spearhead the execution of various fundraising mechanisms, including:

- Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)

- Follow-on Public Offerings (FPOs)

- Private Placements

- Qualified Institutional Placements (QIP)

- Overseas funding sources

- ECBs

- Responsible for end-to-end experience in Fund-Raising transactions.

- Liaison with Advisors, Investment banking on regular basis and keep the management updated on such interactions

Educational Qualification / Work Experience / Skills :

- MBA in Finance /CA / CFA or similar certifications preferred with Min. 18 years+ of experience in Finance, Equity Market, Merchant Banking/ Investment Banker with experience into IPO Management.

- Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation techniques, and market analysis.

- Experience interacting with senior management, clients, and institutional investors.
