Role & responsibilities

The AVP Sales & Marketing acts as a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role focuses on aligning the sales strategy with organizational goals, managing high-value client relationships, and overseeing a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed performance targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in a sales & marketing role within the steel / cement / paint industry, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales & marketing team towards achieving goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
