Role & responsibilities

1.Ensure sourcing and deployment of long term and short term fund requirements of the group

2. Assist GM in preparation of proposals, ensuring periodical submission and details , credit due diligence , Credit negotiations.

3.Assist GM in Management of Working Capital, working capital enhancement.

4.Assit GM to ensure suitable funding for CAPEX for the Group.

4.Assist GM in the tracking and Monitoring borrowing in the market on periodical basis to ensure cost efficiency , Use various financial instruments to mobilise the capital from diversified sources to ensure liquidity and cost efficiency.

5.. Assist GM in Domestic credit rating exercise.

7.Assisting GM in the competitor Analysis.

8.Preparaing the Marketing materials for the Investors/QIP/FIIS / Mutual funds / Anchor Investors. Analyzing and synthesizing, the financial and operating information.
