- Managing inbox and responding to requests

- Setting the standard for communication with requestors and stakeholders
- Effectively interprets requestors specific instructions and offers an appropriate solution
- Using analytical skills to support requestors to solve problems
- Assisting the team where necessary to translate requirements to an appropriate solution
- Adapting solutions to changing needs of a project
- Taking briefs for Premium work
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Client-centric mentality, can-do attitude
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of the company
- Excellent time management skills
