We are hiring for the person who will be responsible for Chiller Sales

Location - Ahmedabad, Indore, Mumbai, Delhi

Job Description:

Required Skill Set:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of HVAC products like Heat Pumps, Scroll Chillers, and Solar Systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prepare design-based BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and price estimates.
• Project planning and execution capabilities.
• Familiarity with industry exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Marketing:
   
• Promote and sell Heat Pumps, Scroll Chillers, and Solar Systems to prospective clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth in the chiller market.
2. Client Relationship Management:
   
• Maintain relationships with consultants, architects, builders, contractors, and end-users by providing continuous support, information, and expert guidance.
• Establish new business opportunities and negotiate contracts and packages to secure sales.
3. Business Development:
   
• Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Attend exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to build industry connections and stay updated on trends.
4. Sales Performance Review:
   
• Regularly review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed quarterly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. BOQ & Price Estimation:
   
• Prepare design-based Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and provide accurate price estimates for clients.
6. Project Management:
   
• Oversee project planning, execution, and supervision from start to finish.
• Ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
7. Invoice Management & Payment Follow-up:
   
• Ensure timely submission of invoices, follow up on payments, and collect outstanding payments from clients.
8. Internal Coordination:
   
• Coordinate between the sales, service teams, and branch office and head office to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with transporters to arrange loading/unloading of equipment and materials for projects.

Desired Profile:

• Experience:
  
• 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, specifically in the HVAC industry or related fields.
• Experience in sales of chillers, heat pumps, or solar systems is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively.
• Key Traits:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
