Logistics and Operations Executive - Male Candidate

Role & responsibilities:

• Managing Production and Logistics coordination.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols.
• Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner.
• Site management for Projects to ensure deliverables are in sync with expectations.
• Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Good English skills, spoken+written.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in the profile would be preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls.
