Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
  
• Conduct field service work for electrical works and perform repairs as needed.

• Provide technical support to customers through field service calls, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to electrical installation, maintenance, and repair.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including reports on site visits and issue00 resolution.
• Must be able to travel Pan India.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in sales & services industry (preferably).
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or Mechanical stream from a recognized university.
  
• Strong knowledge of Hindi language is required.
  
• Proficiency in English language is essential.
