Job Description :

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Prompt Engineer to join our client's AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and optimizing prompts that enhance the performance of large language models (LLMs) and other AI-driven applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine AI model responses and develop innovative solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, test, and refine prompts to optimize AI/ML model performance, particularly LLMs.

- Collaborate with AI teams to understand model behavior and improve response generation.

- Develop prompt engineering strategies for chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI applications.

- Research and apply best practices in prompt engineering to enhance AI outputs.

- Experiment with different prompt structures to maximize relevance and accuracy.

- Analyze model outputs and refine prompts based on insights.

- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate prompt engineering into AI development.

- Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML, particularly LLMs, generative AI, and NLP.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech-CS/IT) or a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent.

- 3-4 years of experience working with AI/ML models, focusing on prompt engineering or related areas.

- Strong knowledge of large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, and NLP models.

- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques.

- Expertise in prompt design and fine-tuning model responses for AI-powered applications.

- Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.

- Strong analytical skills for evaluating model performance and optimizing prompts.

- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking about AI model outputs.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams
