Currently we are running a discretionary PMS with two PMS offering and have been one of the fastest in AUM collection across 37 new schemes launched in FY24.

Job Description :

As a Senior React Native Developer, you will play a key role in developing high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Collaborating closely with our product and design teams, you will ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in React Native, a passion for mobile app development, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create a seamless and user-friendly experience.

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.

- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and manage app data.

- Implement app features and improvements based on feedback from stakeholders.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the app for maximum performance.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends and best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and collaborate on code reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years of experience in React Native.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), React Native, and its core principles.

- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

- Proficiency in mobile app deployment for iOS and Android.

- Familiarity with Redux or similar state management libraries.

- Experience with native modules and linking APIs.

- Strong knowledge of mobile UI design principles and best practices.

- Proficiency with version control tools such as Git.

- Ability to work in an agile environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Master's degree or additional certifications in mobile development or software engineering is a plus.
