Technical Expert - MSSQL

Job Description:

• Analyse current database structure and identify data redundancy and design issues.
• Redesign tables, indexes, triggers, users to support multiple concurrent users processing heavy volumes of data
• Understand code written in stored procedures (MSSQL) and make changes or rewrite to reduce processing time.
• Create user roles and access to ensure multiple users use database efficiently.

Experience/Skills:

• Proven experience in solving complex business problems involving huge data volumes
• Hands-on experience of implementing optimization techniques, identifying cause of performance issues and best practices of writing optimized queries.
• Implementation experience of database structures, stored procedures, and complex queries supporting multiple concurrent users.
• Ability to understand existing code developed using database technologies (MSSQL stored procedures)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
