Roles and Responsibilities
Office 365 and SharePoint Online Administration and handling Issues.
Architecting, implementing, and maintaining the SharePoint Online environment
AdministerManage Office 365, SharePoint Sites and Sub-sites, Backup and Restoration, System security and System patching, Upgrades, Services, Structure, Content and Layout.
Good knowledge of SQL with respect to SharePoint Online.
Good knowledge of using the STSADM Command line tools.
Good knowledge about Office 365 SharePoint DR Management
Granular and Platform level Backup and Restoration, High Availability Jobs, Backup data Pruning.
Setting up new Team sites and Troubleshooting the site issues (Analyse, recommend and assist in implementing SharePoint technologies including the development of SharePoint apps to meet business needs)
Coordinating with other Departments to improve their SharePoint sites, Customization, and Branding.
Knowledge of Mailbox maintenance, Azure AD, OneDrive, MDM, Security and Compliance, Azure and Teams with respect to Office 365.
Using Out of the Box features on SharePoint online.
Provide Office 365 and SharePoint support to end users
Provide Microsoft Project support to project leaders
Manages Content Databases, Reviews and Monitoring Usage reports.
