Role & responsibilities

1. Achievement of Budgeted Sales
2. Preparation of Annual Sales Budget and achievement of the Budgeted sales.
3. Assign region wise sales targets and ensure achievement through RSMs
4. New Business Development through RSMs
5. New customer development and maintaining existing OEM business.
6. To give feedback on new product development.
7. Achieve 100% Sales Target.
8. Achieve minimum collection target as per defined target.
9. Achieve minimum 10 % of the sales value from New Customers.
10. To establish, document, implement and maintain the EOHS management systems in accordance with International Standard ISO 14001: 2015 - Environmental Management Systems and OH&SMS 45001:2018 - Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
11. To maintain documented EOHS management system and to make necessary changes in systems.
12. Approving authority of all EMS & OHSAS documents
13. Ensuring safety within department

8. Identify and prevent occurrence of non-conformity, recommend and provide solutions through designated channels.
9. To ensure the effective implementation of EOHS and to initiate, co-ordinate and verify the corrective actions taken against the nonconformance observed during the audit.
