Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of marketing to join our team at Pharmarack a leading Technology company that caters to Pharma distribution. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ideation, and driving marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives tailored to our unique industry niche. You will work with the marketing team, as well as cross-functional teams, to execute effective marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising or PR agency environments, with a keen understanding of marketing and branding principles and experience in B2B marketing will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to marketing department.
• Execute marketing strategy.
• Work with marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Perform market and client research.
• Create reports on marketing performance.
• Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives (internal and external)
• Assist with social media and website content.
• Plan and organise events.
• Idea with the team on new marketing initiatives, collaterals, campaigns etc.
• Analyse marketing performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Great MS Office skills.
• Vendor negotiation and management.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 3-8 years of experience in marketing roles, advertising or PR agency experience preferred.
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or familiarity with the healthcare environment is desirable.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
• Strong understanding of SaaS marketing principles, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to marketing challenges.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
