- Handling marketing operations to achieve growth & profitability of the business.
- Implementing the SOP (Standard operating procedure) and developing the control systems for maintaining high standards of retail environment for developing a profitable business house.
- Work on brand visibility, brand awareness, brand loyalty.
- Work on the customer journey, Loyalty program, Hospital tie-ups, corporate tie-ups, society tieups, etc.
- Maintain and monitor growth/fall of various parameters such as sales, footfall, average bill value, etc. for retail stores.
- Campaign drive, cross brand promotion, and other promotional activities.
- New store opening, Visibility drive, communication, and other marketing activities.
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials.
- Plan, present & execute budgets for advertising, events & promotions (BTL).
- Coordinate with advertising agency for creative development and idea implementation.
- Coordination with the vendors and suppliers for print, photo shoots, branding, exhibitions, events, press releases, media buying, and outdoors.
- Planning and executing campaigns (BTL Activities) for retail outlets, online portals, and websites to enhance footfall and site visits

In the currently scenario if you want to join this company you won't like anything about them, currently there is huge attrition rate the entire team have changed. Currently they are not focusing on their current business, their current focus is on construction. They think marketing is only by doing hospital tie ups.
