Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2- 4 years of experience in e-commerce management, specifically on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Proven track record of running successful PPC campaigns and increasing online revenue.
- Experience with Helium 10 or similar tools is a must.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee the design, functionality, and user experience of the e-commerce website.
- Ensure the site is optimized for performance, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.
- Manage product listings, descriptions, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability and pricing.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).
- Develop promotional strategies and sales events to boost customer engagement and sales.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve satisfaction.
- Oversee customer service processes to ensure timely and effective support.
- Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales data to inform decision-making.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders on performance metrics and strategic insights.
- Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
-Monitor costs and identify areas for improvement in profitability.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as payment gateways and shipping providers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance e-commerce strategies.
