Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to drive our marketing strategies, brand positioning, and lead generation efforts within the software industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and demand generation, along with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS and enterprise software markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create compelling marketing materials, sales collateral, and case studies.
• Manage content marketing efforts, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and thought leadership articles.
• Oversee event marketing, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
• Implement and analyze marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in the software/IT industry.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in lead generation and demand generation campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Experience in managing external vendors, agencies, and partnerships.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing.
• Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Experience with influencer marketing and community engagement.
