Regional Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee and manage the operational activities within a designated geographic area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations, achieving performance targets, and driving the overall success of our business in the assigned region.

Experience and Education Requirements :

Graduate/postgraduate with proven operational execution skills

6-8 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in sales and operations roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong operational expertise- with deep understanding of the geography.

Demonstrating Collaborative Ownership - Ability to discuss with courage, clarify, and agree on expectations of each other
