Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. Scope:
The purpose of the role is to ensure continuity of all Supply Planning systems through the successful implementation of Master data, system general controls. Role should support correct technical implementation, conducts functional tests, design and conducts training, and facilitates the live start of any Project or to replace any legacy systems. This role should be the main contact for questions and problems during the operation of the new/replacement IT solution. Key user should support in resolving features of the new/existing system, accompany the introduction process, strengthen the acceptance of the software or service among employees and remain important contacts for users even after go-live.

Excellence in Supply Chain:
Upholds Standards – The role holder will be expected to accept the EISC Standards, apply them optimally in their role and adhere to them at all times.
Performance Management – The role holder will understand the importance of tiered performance management, identifying critical KPIs and required practices on a shift, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis with the ability to bring collaborators on the same journey.
Continuous Improvement – the role holder will be expected to be flexible and embrace change, constantly looking for ways to improve operations. From techniques such as SIC and DMAIC they should drive structured continuous improvement practices.
