Frontend Developer (React.js & Next.js)

Frontend Development:

• Design and develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Implement modern UI/UX principles with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and SEO.

State Management:

• Implement and manage global state using Redux (Redux Toolkit, Redux Thunk/Saga).
• Optimize state updates to enhance application efficiency and responsiveness.

UI/UX and Styling:

• Utilize CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material-UI, Styled Components) for seamless styling.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness for mobile-first design.

Collaboration & Version Control:

• Work closely with backend developers, designers, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Manage codebase using Git/GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket, including PR reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize collaboration tools like Jira, Trello, Slack, or Asana for efficient workflow management.

Performance & Security:

• Optimize frontend performance by implementing lazy loading, code splitting, and SSR/ISR.
• Ensure security best practices such as CORS handling, secure authentication flows, and data validation.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience with Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Vercel, Netlify).
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (Lighthouse, Web Vitals, Sentry).
