Production Planner

Role & responsibilities

• The Planning Executive is a key member of the Plant Production and will be responsible for production scheduling and execution to ensure continuity of supply.
• This role interacts very closely with key stakeholder like Material Procurement team, Supply Chain team, Plant Production team and other support functions
• The role is expected to proactively track the trends on plant delivery and performance on a daily/monthly basis and publish Production compliance
• The role is responsible for planning the monthly manufacturing and Filling basis plan shared by the Planners.
• Planning to be done basis the available resources and future connections.
• Candidate should collaborate with all the stakeholders for Buying, Manufacturing, HR and Packaging team to get the resource on time

Key Skills / Critical Experiences :

• Sound understanding of end to end Supply Chain operations.
• Aptitude to understand of diverse manufacturing operations / packaging technologies
• Ability to work with large sets of complex data
• Hands on experience of operating ERP tools like SAP MM
• Must have managed a complex product portfolio with large number of SKUs

• Candidates should have an exposure of FMCG Industry
• Co-ordination with other stakeholders
