Zonal Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Lead business development activities for the Pharma division across the Lucknow, Allahabad, and Agra regions.
• Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of sales professionals to drive growth in the assigned region.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
• Target Achievement: Drive sales performance, ensuring that the team meets both individual and regional sales targets.
• Reporting & MIS: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all business operations are compliant with regulatory standards and internal company policies.
• Promotions & Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launches in the region.

Skills Required:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in sales or business development within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, industry regulations, and products.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
