Assistant Manager Accounts

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a well qualified experienced CA having minimum experience of 4 to 10 years in Real Estate/Construction/ property Industry, capable to handle construction accounts

Preferred candidate profile

Income Tax Matters : Handling income tax assessments, rectification, and appeals
Handling compliances related to all the notices received from Income tax departments.
Guiding, maintaining & creating, proper records and data to carry out our income tax proceedings.

Handling / Maintaining books of accounts : Reviewing / Handling / maintaining books of accounts of selected entities. Including scrutiny of books of accounts.
Carrying out Tax audits and other statutory compliances for finalization of accounts.
Checking and filing up of income tax returns

Maintaining proper MIS of : Income tax assessment matters, Rectifications,  Appeals,  Books of accounts.

Skill Required : -

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant experience in the real estate industry preferred.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements applicable to the real estate sector.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with a strategic orientation and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
