Senior Manager Marketing

We are looking for a strategic Senior Marketing Manager to drive impactful campaigns across both digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with a proven track record in real estate marketing or similar industries, with expertise in budgeting, campaign planning, media planning, and ROI-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals.
• Budget Management: Allocate and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI while adhering to financial guidelines.
• Campaign Management: Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns and promotions, including digital, print, outdoor, PR, and on-ground activations.
• Performance Analysis: Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, offering data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives and external agencies to achieve high-performance outcomes.
• Lead Generation and Channel Optimization: Leverage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and CRM tools to drive optimal lead generation.
• Brand Management: Ensure all brand touchpoints and collateral are created and maintained to the highest standards.
• Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies and capitalize on emerging industry trends.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, presales, design, and project teams to align marketing efforts with project timelines and goals.
• Content Oversight: Oversee the creation of high-quality content for brochures, presentations, digital ads, videos, and other collateral materials.
